CNY + Blessings!

HELLO HELLO! 🙂

4th day of chinese new year! and i just spent my day with my crazy CG! eating steamboat and playing card games to eat more steamboat foood!! hahaha! Shall roughly post what actually happened this few days for Chinese New Year!

New Year Eve:
Wow, it’s a saturday and I cant imagined that I actually stayed at home! hee, no la no service ma! felt weird though!! Met up with Geckting and shirley (she PS us!) Prissy to do some last minute shopping before we have our reunion lunch/dinner! Bought new stuffs and taught geck how to do make up!! She’s prettty now~ HAHA! People came, had KTV till midnight and funny enough, whilst people are enjoying new year eve, I was actually in the mood to study! When there wasnt anyone, I couldnt study! it explained alot! I think i study better with noise!!

1st day:
I actually stayed at home the whole day to wait for people to come my house! it’s actually a fruitful day with my Father’s side relative visiting, and just sharing life, how we are in our different churches and how we are serving in different ministries etc! it was a great exchange! (FYI, my father’s side almost all are christian serving in church!=D)Not much of card games or playing but catching up rather! find myself rather old when they relate me to 20 years old~ But it’s good! shows that I matured alot physically! =)

Geck and Karen came at night and we actually chatted with my sister! =) Headed to Zhiyang’s house with Geck and shirls, reached and played a few rounds of mafia all the way to 2am!! gosh! but it was really good fellowshipping! =)

P.S: A GOOD NEWS ON 1ST DAY OF CNY! MY SISTER SAID “JIE, FIND ONE DAY BRING ME AND XUANXUAN TO YOUR CHURCH, WE WANT TO GO!!” PRAISE GOD!!!

2nd Day:
Second day was awoken by my super adorable aunt who came quite early, lugging her play station, set-up, playing puzzle bubble and shouting at the top of her voice – That woke me up!! Hee, she’s rather adorable! played playstation with cousin and spent great time with them too! challenged each other in puzzle bubble and deprieved my aunt from playing (FYI, she anyhow press the key when we are playing so that we will lose, and let her play!!>.<)

After that headed over to my 3rd aunt’s house (Mother’s side) and played with the kids! oh man! as i am playing with them, i felt pretty much like a care taker of kids age: “4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15” literally 8 people man! they are really nonsensical but really innocent people! keep asking me to bring them to the playground, and need to run around, jump around hop around! after all those turning swirling, it’s really a break for me!! =D but yet i really enjoyed being carefree, spending time with them just to enjoy the process-it taught me to slow down my pace! 🙂

At night headed over to Nel’s place watched 2 cool movie! Ironman & Theone. quite outdated, but heee. I enjoyed! although it was pretty much blurified to me in the beginning! but it’s nice!! =) Had a great steamboat with the worship team! After that headed over to Peixin’s place for a few round of mahjong with rayna! =) great time spent with NP people as well! =)

3rd Day:
Headed over to my dad’s god-father place. It is a practice to go there yearly, but last year we didnt make it a point to go down to toa payoh. This time round we went, uncle aged. He’s 80+ now, senile and couldnt walk properly. My last impression of him was he telling me to study hard and visit him again he’ll make some cookies for me. Now, he doesnt even recognise me! it’s pretty sad thus, I prayed a prayer of blessing over him. Not letting him know though, he’s a non-believer. I know God is the Hope for him! =) did some house chores in his house and spent time with him, talking to him and giving my best to bless him! Thank God for this time and avenue to bless others!

After that headed over to Xman’s house for mahjong & ssteamboat with geck & shirls! fruitful! =)

Really thank God for this new year break, for me to slow down, plan think and move even further ahead in future! next up: EXAMS! studied halfway, gonna study more later! jiayou to all who are going through this! ESP the year 1s! no worries, God is your strength, your stronghold, your provider, your deliverer! jiayou! =D
